except i have firsthand experience when i played with this guy and he most definitely did not int or troll.

he has a legit strategy that almost always works and its incredibly useful when it works out.

i didnt report him then and i wouldn't report him now.

its like saying back when the trick2g shit was active where his friend sirchezz and him only pushed for objectives and refused to help their team is reportable.

they ended up pushing for nexus and inhibs all the time and it mostly worked.

I don't know about you, but I for one am completely tired of arguing with people about this.

For what its worth I will not report off meta builds or roles I see in my games, whether we win or lose. With the exception of course if it's something completely stupid like 6 tear Sivir or AP Caitlyn.
