I feel like the only place close to safe right now is Piltover and maybe Demacia, and Piltover only because current lore didn't reach it yet. In Freljord there is Lissandra and Sejuani, aside the climate, which would probably kill you sooner or later if you aren't used to it. Demacia seems like a nice spot, but as soon as anyone catches wind you're not from their universe you will probably kept in jail, executed or assassinated. Same with Noxus. Zhaun got the freakiest people in the world, who will probably just use you for some kind of experiment, or research purposes If you end up on the Shadow Isles you're dead anyways. Ionia may be a good place, but the chance to be kept or assassinated is most likely even higher than in Demacia, as Ionians are probably better at that. Ninjas. I doubt anyone in Bilgewater would care. As long as you can pay, you're k. Coming to Piltover. Currently the most advanced society as we know, and, unless you find a transdimensional ballon or a star dragon your best bet to leave that universe again. Of course you can try living in Runeterra, but with the amount of bad guys walking around, you're most likely dead before you realize where you are. Which is probably in the mouth of a void creature.
