I thought it was another "Vel'Koz is engrossed in anal" but this is was pretty fun. Also I read funniest, that's the Vel'Koz thing came to mind.

This thing was the single most fun items ever. Disguising as a 200HP Cait while being a 3k HP Maokai was amazing xD
Mirage Blade was pretty close though.

Why can't this show up in the immobile mage update? This is perfect for Immobile mages. either your a slow squishy champ like 
and you disguise yourself as a champ you need to keep your distance from like 
or your a slow mage that needs to get close, so you disguise yourself as the ADC or Support.
I remember one enemy team that built this on everyone, and every time their LeBlanc would proc her passive, they would all disguise as her. Good luck hitting the right LeBlanc now.

This needs to be an actual item on Summoner's Rift as well Martyr's Gambit because of how stale support items are.
My only problem with this was that it would be funnier as a tank item

i kinda wish they would put this into urf
it would be so fucking stupid
not balanced at all, but fun. that's all i care about in urf. even when i get stomped i have fun.
Playing this mode and having everyone coordinate and buy the razorfish minions. Late game don't have to fight, the 10 razor fins would hunt down the enemy champs and slaughter them all.
