I know that, friendly rivals, I imagine there is a mutual respect between the two at a very minimum, well, actually Jax might not respect her because she is not on his level but I mean it could be there.

A ship does not have to be romantic either, it just means relationship, which can be anything from beings friends to family like morg and kayle.

Fiora considers Jax to be the first worthy opponent she's ever faced. Jax probably respects her as a warrior, though he's probably faced things much more deadly than Fiora (he probably lost to those things tho).

I know, but his past is pretty mysterious. As far as we can speculate, he's an extremely old and powerful man who's been touched by the Void, similar to Kassadin. I assume he's seen the kind of sh*t that makes normal people go mad.

So I don't mean he's lost to other people, I mean he's probably had to run away from otherworldly nightmares before.

Now I'm imagining him (almost comically) sprinting away from a gigantic Baron Nashor while swearing under his breath.

Not just touched, Icathia is his homeland. He lived there, and he probably had to fight things worse than Fiora can imagine all the time, like whatever Kha is, and whatever Kog is.

…You prove my point. But no, in a straight up fight he could probably beat Kha. He could probably beat Kog too, if only because of Kog's infant level intelligence (I think). No, I'm saying he's probably had to fight, and eventually run from, worse things. ######Icathia isn't the Void, it was a city that was consumed by the Void in ancient times. If Icathia is Jax's homeland (it is), that means Jax is nearly immortal. He's definitely seen some sh*t.

You do know that Koggle's passive is Icathian surprise right? Kinda gives off the impression that Icathia is the void. Also yes in the new story they made for Jax in the universe deal it is confirmed that he is from Icathia.

As far as I know, Icathia was a city where a lot of Void shenanigans happened. That is, there were either Void worshippers there or Icathia happens to be a crack in dimensions. Either way, Icathia was once a city (Shurima fought them a lot), but it was eventually overtaken by the Void. Icathia is now a dead place that's been twisted into a nightmare. It's also probably the biggest passage from the Void to Runeterra.

We think that all the Voidling champions came to Runeterra through Icathia, and in Kog'Maw's case it's confirmed.
