I think you can still pull off Azir, running into Azir mains is still scary albeit it's very rare to find them. He also retains his super damage at level 18. Kalista on the other hand is just trash.

Azir and Kalista are well known for having constant bug fixes. The alpha client is pretty buggy because it's in alpha and it hasn't been completely finished yet.
