His kit inherently hurts any ADC, yes, but specifically has her E slow to stop his powerball from reaching you too quickly, allowing you to get off quite a bit of damage before he can get to you and activate his W/E - along with a built in crit and snare to her kit that she can plant and move around.

2000boxes1 votesno i disagree because rammus's w will hit caitlyn for extra damage if she hits him with passive and rammus's powerball can easily get caitlyn because who walks on caitlyn snares? and if he gets in auto range he can e her to reduce her resistances so his w will hurt even more and he can auto to kill her

Caitlyn can sit on her snare and E as you approach or create a line of them that you can't pass as, unfortunately, winions don't trigger them.
Rammus will never be in range of her given her E is on an approximately equal CD to rammus' ball, provides a self-knockback and a slow if she's ever in danger.
