Please revert Nocturne fear changes

Nocturnes pre 6 ganks were already pretty inconsistent but now they are basically impossible, and even once you get your ult its still very difficult to get behind champions that have ANY sort of movement ability at all, characters I could run behind while tethering fear include but are not limited to: no one.

I don't jungle very often but when I do I pretty much only play nocturne, I've also played him top and in dominion a fair bit and hes really fun has a cool theme, looks cool and is stronger than people give him credit for, but hes no wukong, panth, Vi, Lee sin, ect. I think that a better change would for the terror to always send them towards you at a slow, just have it act like a charm. Lorewise this makes sense as he is sending an image of blind terror into their mind and should be able to make them run whichever way he wants them to. OR just let it be random like it was before since that was fine in most cases.

Anyways I dont mind when champions that are strong that I play get nerfed, but when any 'weak' champion gets nerfed it makes it even harder to justify picking them in ranked where you already were flamed for not fping vi or wukong when they were available.
