What are the best ADC's for soloq?

I am having the worst luck with ADC's in soloq and have been playing jinx lately in soloq without much luck. The supports are generally weak against the other teams support (Leona). What ADC's are other people using in soloq and why? Any particular ADC good against a hard and aggressive bottom? Jinx just seems very squishy unless you have a strong and aggressive support. Maybe I am just playing Jinx wrong but I can't seem to hold up when there is a Blitz or Leona on support.
