If Gangplank is Dead will we be refunded for the RP we spent on him and his skins?

Gangplank isn't dead, he's only faking his death.
You had 2 chances (Which is very fair since it was free) You can get your rp refunded if you permanently are locked out of using those skins/champion (s) :)
