How do you justify butchering randuins while massively buffing all the adc items in one patch?

Force of Nature -> Deleted

Heart of Gold -> Deleted

Atma's Impaler -> Deleted

Warmogs -> Nerfed

Sunfire Cape -> Nerfed

Spirit Visage -> Nerfed

Frozen Mallet -> Ridiculously Expensive

You realize bruisers build Randuins Omen because it's the last item left that Riot hasn't destroyed with the nerf bat yet?

and you're really going to buff all the adc items in the same patch in addition to giving them new ones?

This doesn't seem extreme to you?

Because ADCs currently feel very weak in a meta of assassins and bruisers who excel at diving into the back lines and deleting squishy carries.

Thornmail, Sunfires was actually buffed in it's damage capacity, Bloodthirster will be a great addition, etc. there are sill good options. Now I agree with you atma's could probably be in a better spot and Mallet does have an intimidating price tag (RIP phage build path), but I will disagree that Warmogs is in a bad spot and Bruisers will never really be able to garner much sympathy as their kits bring so much free power to their side.

Now, what I'm worried about in this upcoming patch is the lifesteal changes affected hydra's already impressively common use in top lane, but that will have to be simply watched as Xyph doesn't want to make any changes to Hydra without a good reason right now.

Not to mention these are still tentative changes as they always are. It's better to ask for the reasoning and see if you agree with the logic behind the choice.
