Why we see more often Youmuu's Ghostblade used by Marksmans ?

Propably im wrong (or maby not) but in that meta we see alot "on face" champions , Marksmans have hard time to deal with them.

So Youmuu's Ghostblade can give Marksmans Armor Pen + M.Speed(very important) + A.Speed , minor factor some CDR

Having a good amoung of damage like just a BT and LW would be enough then just stacking AS items like YG, SS, and PD would be good for those critical hits.
