What I mean by that . When Azir spawns his soldiers ("W") , they could have grey bar(timer) like wards / heimer turrets . So we can see when they will "despawn" . It's bad idea ?
Now question is : That timer should be visible only by owner or for enemy also .

Timer at all? Yes Who sees it? Just Azir Why? Everyone else who has a timer are the only ones who see it.
how about a circle around the soldiers that start to dissipate over time (like Yasuo E indicators)?
This is unnecessary. The soldiers -do- have an indicator that tells you. The swirling sand around their feet changes as they age eventually ending in when they fall into a pile of sand again. At the last couple seconds it creates sand swirls.

everyone should be able to see it, it helps azir to see how much time and also allows his opponent some cp.
