@Riot Will Fighters/Tanks that need compensation for the Randuins nerf be compensated appropriately?

The Randuins nerf was a huge hit to Bruisers and Tanks as a whole but some champions just lost a lot of their viability because of it. A lot of tanks got hit hard by this change but the Bruisers/Fighters that got hit hard by this change can't really compete as well anymore. Darius, Garen, and Olaf are just a few examples of champs that lost a lot of viability because if they were kited hard before, they are kited even harder now and can't catch up to anyone.

So I ask thee Riot, will the Fighters that need compensation for being indirectly nerfed be compensated rightfully?
