@SmashGizmo A look at "Let's Bounce!" with 4.11 gameplay changes in mind
ZAC was once one of the "Kings of the Jungle" back when he had near 100% tenacity on his ult. When it was removed, as was necessary for the health of the game, he fell out of favor really fast. Currently, his ult states that "Upon activation, ZAC removes all slows affecting him and gains an accelerating Movement Speed buff (20-50%) for the duration." This has a one-time use to clear slows, and does nothing about other forms of CC. As such, it is very easy to counter and ZAC's ult was one of the most important parts of his team fight. I was wondering how you guys at the Champion development area would feel about a tweak to ZAC's ultimate? I've a few thoughts, but what I like the best would be the following:
Add back Tenacity, but do so in a meaningful way so ZAC cannot just ult to escape a 1v1 like he used to be able to. Think in terms of Irelia's passive or Mundo's W, but it has to scale more to be as strong.

Upon activating "Let's Bounce! Enemy Champions within X range (probably 500-1000) of ZAC reduce the duration all forms of CC by 10% (2 Champions) 20% (3 Champions) 30% (4 Champions) 40% (5 Champions) while "Let's Bounce" is active. (this one is similar to Irelia's Ionian Fervor, only to achieve the 40% reduction which is Irelia's max, he needs to be in a full team fight

While "Let's Bounce!" is active ZAC reduces the duration of all Crowd Control effects on himself by 30% (this is similar to max rank Mundo W)

Upon activating "Let's Bounce!" ZAC removes all forms of crowd control. ZAC also gains 20%/30%/40% tenacity for the duration of "Let's Bounce!". (This is similar to Alistar's ult in that it removes all CC, however by making ZAC gain scaling Tenacity it prevents the stacking of CC reduction with items like Merc Treads and Spirit of the Ancient Golem. Additionally, while having 5% higher tenacity at rank 3, most of the time the tenacity gained from "Let's Bounce!" will be lower, however it will also remove the requirement of ZAC to purchase tenacity, allowing him more flexible build paths such as Ninja Tabi or any new jungle items to be conceived. Personally, this is my favorite iteration of ZAC's ult that I was able to come up with, though I think all 3 have their merits, I can foresee issues with stacking tenacity and his ult, the 2nd one especially, not as much* the 1st)
Additionally, I want to note these changes would remove entirely the Move Speed Bonus from his ult; I believe ZAC's ult should be a strategic engage, but not so overpowered that he can just get near and use the movement speed from his ult to close the gap. Furthermore, additional movement speed on top of CC reduction would make slows almost useless, which would be just as bad as pre-nerf ZAC. Without the movement speed on ZAC's ult, you're forced to make a strategic choice: Do I want to be fast across the map with mobility boots and less mobile in teamfights, do I want an even mix and some form of defensive or offensive stats, or do I want a solid 3-5 seconds where I laugh at slows with my swiftness boots, at the cost of additional offensive/defensive options?
I'm hoping SmashingGizmo or someone else in the Dev team might get to read this and share their thoughts, but I'm open to any feedback. I'll be posting in other forums as well to try to see what others might think about it as well. Thanks! -Arctic Leopard
