As a huge Veigar player, and owner of all his skins (except Baron von Veigar) I cannot wait to add this to my collection of Evil Yordles! I had hoped Riot could take a look at his ult to reduce the mana cost, but this is by far the next best thing :D. I have this message for the Rito skins team:

Veigar it' s my favourite champ and the one i got most attached to, but i never bought a skin because i deemed no one fitting. This. This is a glorius one indeed.

Am I the only one who doesn't like the random coding bits?

I love the VO, visuals, and all the video game references, but the coding to me doesn't fit the skin, it would look better on some kind of matrix or hacker themed skin, on a video game themed skin it just looks broken and awkwardly placed. Take it out, put in more 8-bit reminiscent effects.

Riot did a great job on this legendary skin. The animations, model, texture, particles, and sounds are truly outrageous. There's quite a few references in his quotes. I'll list the ones I know. I'm pretty sure there's a few more, but I'm not sure.

"All the cake is gone!" - Portal? "I have fury!" - Fawful, Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga "Super-effective!" - Pokemon "My power is over nine thousand!" - Dragonball Z

IMO he should have quotes for killing a champion, killing Teemo , buying item 3128 or item 3089 , and killing Teemo . You can never kill too much Teemos. Also I noticed that he has a quote when auto-attacking, "Suffer, like Vee did!". Who is this Vee? One of his friends in the buisness he joined?

I'm a huge Veigar main too! This skin really blows my mind >w< I love his new voice, all the reference to other video games, design, color scheme... everything about is amazing! That's an instabuy for me! Report my wallet for feeding!

Since he says stuff like "DELETED!" I would love it if ult kills replaced death animations with something like "file not found". There's precedent with Ziggs and Fizz.
