As a huge Veigar player, and owner of all his skins (except Baron von Veigar) I cannot wait to add this to my collection of Evil Yordles! I had hoped Riot could take a look at his ult to reduce the mana cost, but this is by far the next best thing :D. I have this message for the Rito skins team:

Veigar it' s my favourite champ and the one i got most attached to, but i never bought a skin because i deemed no one fitting. This. This is a glorius one indeed.

I can see that being annoying, but I'd still rather listen to that than lane vs a mid lux who binds her laugh to also be her autoattacks (like binding it with the attack-move command)

Am I the only one who doesn't like the random coding bits?

I love the VO, visuals, and all the video game references, but the coding to me doesn't fit the skin, it would look better on some kind of matrix or hacker themed skin, on a video game themed skin it just looks broken and awkwardly placed. Take it out, put in more 8-bit reminiscent effects.

Yeah I got that, the problem is I ONLY got that because it was explained on the skin page, and most likely so did most players. The 'a boss so powerful it's destroying the game' is a pretty cool idea, but it just isn't reading clearly enough, and if so the skin needs some more work. But by the looks of the release page they are just PBEing it for debugging before they release it.

Theory is that the ultimate skin is gonna be Lux or Xerath. It was stated that the champion would be lacking skins (I believe the exact quote was "Skin Deficiency") and that they had an ability of which the fourth letter was 'A'. Xerath's passive and Q both fit this, as well as Lux's ult. For Lux, while she does have a decent amount of skins, Riot has said after the Steel Legion release that they were looking to make a much more fun skin for her, to be more fitting in with here theme. There has also been some pretty fantastic art of a Void Lux floating around on the web, which looks almost legitimate...

The case for Xerath is quite interesting. He doesn't have a whole lot of skins (he's only had Scorched Earth Xerath released in addition to the skins which came with his release) but on top of that he is literally "skin deficient" due to his arcane form. There are also hints about an "Ascended" game mode, which is speculated to be a 5v1 where the 1 is a ridiculously beasted out Xerath. There is more about this theory on reddit, so I'll post the link to you if you're interested in reading more; however it is only a theory afterall. Nothing confirmed.

Riot did a great job on this legendary skin. The animations, model, texture, particles, and sounds are truly outrageous. There's quite a few references in his quotes. I'll list the ones I know. I'm pretty sure there's a few more, but I'm not sure.

IMO he should have quotes for killing a champion, killing Teemo , buying item 3128 or item 3089 , and killing Teemo . You can never kill too much Teemos. Also I noticed that he has a quote when auto-attacking, "Suffer, like Vee did!". Who is this Vee? One of his friends in the buisness he joined?

I completely agree! Between this, and the serious potential for the next Ultimate skin being Xerath I'm gonna be broke! (there's a video with theories about him being in the nexus at the end of the "A New Dawn" cinematic, and that the dawn refers not to Leona, but to Xerath finally achieving ahem ULTIMATE power in his ascended form. There's a reddit post/youtube video about it somewhere.)

Since he says stuff like "DELETED!" I would love it if ult kills replaced death animations with something like "file not found". There's precedent with Ziggs and Fizz.

Since one of his taunts/jokes turns him into a little sprite, I'd love to see him have the kind of death the sprites in games like Zelda, the early Final Fantasy games, or even Mario have.
