Would you consider camping teemo as griefer?

It took me a while to figure out why we're losing teamfights. Our teemo was never with us! He instead camped at the Dragon location waiting for kills.

He also refused to speak in english for most of the time, however he figured how to curse at me when I asked him to help the team. He also used english fairly well when he tried to lure the enemy team to his trap.

The moment he succeeded we lost teamfight anyway and enemy has got the dragon too.

Personally, I believe this is griefing. I'm interested what others think about this.

It's not griefing per say, but still reportable and contemptable behaviour. I would report under "Refusing to Communicate With Team", for example.

"Do you thing camping with teemo is griefing?" NO

Do you think this teemo was griefing? YES (though grief isn't the word your looking for still). That said, unless its serious (not unpleasent, serious), just report in-game and leave it out of the forum.

If by camping in a bush waiting for an enemy which you know will be coming, that's a strategy (it's hard to counter and annoying. Both of Teemo's highlights.)

That said, if you are spending more than 15 seconds there, you are probably wasting time at that point.

That seems like it could have been viable for about a minute, but after that it becomes unviable and harmful to the team. Also, refusing to communicate with the team is never good.

Is he new to teemo? Those are way too close together and will all just go off at once, if he really wanted to be douchy he'd have that whole section of the river covered and escapes into their jungle and his own, so every 4 or 5 steps the team would be slowed and hurting and cursing.
