[BUG] Launcher requests my attention even though I'm not being matched

Sometimes, I have sound off and while waiting for a game, I'm doing something else. However, the Launcher icon on taskbar randomly starts blinking (requesting attention) and thus confuses me - I thought this would happen when I'm matched.

Could launcher just jump in foreground when I'm matched and be silent otherwise?
