Support-ratios on Nunu
Well, nunu is a rare sight nowadays, especially as support... But as now any Champs are free to run around with rather too strong utility ratios - y don´t we buff nunu by gieving him some Utility-Ratios to w and the e slow?

I like the idea, but they would have to do it to where it wouldn't take away from jungle nunu. Jungle nunu doesn't build much AP at all (usually just a liandry's).
