I'd like you to take a look at a strange incident I had with Teambuilder recently. Apparently complete strangers can appear in your lobby now without even taking part in the game.
The file in the attachement should clearly show you what I mean.

I've had this happen before. If someone dc's in the que and reconnect seconds later they get stuck in a weird limbo where they think they're in the que still and can also still contribute to chat.
He got disconnected and that bugs him out of teambuilder. Usually when that happens to me though, nobody can join the queue, and I have to restart the client.
I have no idea how that could happen. Did a guy change his name or something?
I think that happened to me once. I was in teambuilder queue and the game started and we were all on the loading screen and then it just booted me out and the game acted like i had never even joined a game.
