So I'm noticing that Lulu is getting 2 nerfs with absolutely nothing being given back anywhere else in the kit, am I to assume this means we just shouldnt actually use her as a support anymore? I'm not trying to be THAT guy but she was supposed to be a dedicated support and I love playing her in that role, but if you are going to nerf her utility without giving her anything I can use as a support then it really hurts.
Well said my friend,well said.But still remeber its only PBE nothing is finnal,they still have time to make up for her nerf with buffs.
The biggest problem with Lulu is her E-Q combo.Whx just not reduce the damage from the bolt fired from E,but in return buff the real Qs damage or give the passive ability to sometimes hit the aimed zarget instead of homming and being able to be blocked by minions.Or even solve her mana problems early.
He just have be patient. STAY PURPLE PEOPLE! 
The AP ratio on her Q never helped support Lulu anyways because of how poorly planned the AP utility scaling patch was, and Whimsy's haste is stupid strong even without AP investment.
I think the nerf to W haste duration is LONG overdue. I've always thought it was odd that her haste is significantly longer than Zilean's (you know, the time mage!) until he finally maxes it out.
The Q change is a big hit to solo lane Lulu, and I'm totally fine with that.
Lulu will still be a strong support, IMO. She just has so much versatility in her kit, and her ult will always be a big game changer.
