@Riot, what are your plans for Teemo?

Because let's face it, is a hot topic in the game. He's probably the most hated champion. People even call him Satan. Many consider him anti-fun and would want him deleted from the game. But we all know that won't happen. So what are you gonna do with him? Do you have anything planned aside nerfing him every season?

In season 3, he got a harsh nerf to his mushrooms because it synergized too well with Liandry's Torment. He got no buffs to compensate for these.

Now in season 4, because of the vision change and the removal of oracles, he got another huge nerf to his mushrooms by doing a big cut in the AP ratio. Again, no buffs are given anywhere to compensate.

I know that his AP build is not healthy for the game (it promote luck instead of real and interactive gameplay) and that these nerfs are aimed at "calming the QQ", but by simply nerfing Teemo over and over without buffing other parts of his kit to compensate, you are removing the options he get.

If you can't just buff him because his kit is unhealthy for the game, then rework him. Are you guys that much afraid to change him? Because I don't think nerfs after nerfs to the point of getting him "Olaf'ed" (not saying it's the case now, but it will happen eventually) is the solution here.

So again, I'm going to ask, what are your plans for ? My opinion is that he should really be in the radar for a rework.
