you could have diff. kind of shield there. -> my language is not perfect , but i hope you gonna understand me.

We all know , how current Banshee workin.

->Buy Item

-> You gettin spell shield

-> Someone using spell on you

-> spell blocked

TheoryCraft Banshee

*Buy Item

*You gettin spell shield but as "1xSTACK'

What I mean by that.

*You don't have spell shield all the time

*Use / Activate 1x Stack

*Shield PoP up . Like Sivir One or Nocturne one for " XXX" seconds.

*If spell hits you , or XXX seconds gone 1x STACK going on CD

TLDR : TheoryCrft : What if new BV had Spell Shield as Active or Let's Create new item with Spell Shield Stack.

U don't need a stack for that, just make it an active with the current cd.
Stacks are only need if u want to give some one the posibillity to recast more often in a short time frame, but not as a overall spamable skill/active, like velkoz E, he can't spam it, but thx to stacks he can use it 2 times in a row for burst.
Would actually like that change on BV.

Would be op. It is balanced around being able to easily pop it after which it won't be up for a long time. Making it activatable would just be insanely strong, it'd be qss++. Keep the activatable spell shields to champion kits so we don't have to balance every single champion around being capable of having an activatable spell shield.
