Shyvana should gain fury while dead

This is kind of a non-issue throughout early/mid game but then you get to lategame with ~60 second respawn timers. During that time everyone else's ult cooldown is ticking down but not Shyvana's. Frequently you spawn and immediately need to defend your base or stop a Baron attempt and you just have to fight without your ult. This is a very arbitrary disadvantage and there's no reason Shyvana needs to have it, it was clearly just an oversight when Riot designed her.

Unless they are already at your nexus there should be enough time between you spawning and the next teamfight for your rage to be up, especially with any bonus AS. Not to mention this would be a straight buff for her across the entire game, giving her a slight and unnecessary buff to her early-mid.

That all being said I can think of one place this would be welcome. ARAM. There you die so often (most of the time) that this problem really does impact her ability to function in that mode.

It is already quite fast to get her ult back anyway... when I was playing her when free all you do is aa a couple creeps and camps along with the regeneration per x seconds, it is plenty. Don't think it should be buffed or changed, imo.
