The champion that really needs to be next on the rework list

KAYLE

She's like pre-rework Sion, a very old champion whose kit is just kind of a mishmash of abilities that don't follow a cohesive theme

She's nothing but point-and-click, so boring as fuck to play and to play against

Her ult is a terrible mechanic that doesn't belong in the game as it it now. You know it's coming and there's nothing you can do about it.

Lmao, and Fizz's troll pole does? Vayne having counterplay removed does?

Her ult actually requires proper timing in order to make the most of it. It isn´t just hurr durr press R at any time and survive everything, like Tryndamere's ult is, which, by the way, is a little over double the duration of Kayle's ult.

EVERY CHAMPION IS POINT-AND-CLICK. She has TARGETED abilities. There is a very clear difference between point-and-click and targeted. The former involves well, everything in a match of League. Ward placement is point and click, skillshot casting is point and click. Even editing configs is point and click.

So boring as fuck to play and to play against

I find Kayle fun to play. Fun is quite a subjective term. As for playing against her well, you got Irelia, you got Quinn, you got Pantheon, and if played right, you have Riven.

She isn´t receiving a VGU for quite a while, as there are quite the amount of champions ahead of her. And as Riot stated, they won´t update her without doing stuff to Morgana, since their lore is basically the same, but from different perspectives and with different outcomes. If it happens next year, it will most likely be near the end of the year.

Kayle is a marksman: by nature her damage is mostly going to come from autoattacks. She actually has only one targeted offensive ability, two targeted defensive abilities (abilities that are almost always targeted anyways), and her self-buff. Her kit is actually a cohesive self-reliant marksman kit, with tools for kiting (Q and W) survival (R) and fighting (E), along with her passive which allows her to inflict more damage as a fight goes on.

That being said, she is going to be reworked eventually, but she's nowhere near as bad off as many champions are. Her ult, while likely a target of change, is not a particularly bad ability: the target can still be CC'd, its duration is rather short (half the time of a Tryndamere ultimate, to use an example, and doesn't surpass Taric's ultimate until its third rank) and single-target, and in exchange is instant-cast. As much as you complained to the other responder about "lol such skill" Kayle defending a squishy from an assassin means that she now can't defend anyone else from the burst mage about to unload a full combo on them. Using her ultimate in teamfights is an exercise in reading the situation and choosing the right time, as a poorly used or preemptive ultimate can doom an ally who truly needed it down the line.

Dude, by your logic, Tryndamere is the next. You require no brain cells to use that champ. At least with Kayle you learn how to orbwalk. Tryn is just "Walk up and crit you to death while I'm 1 hp".

she isn't as bad as some others(urgot) but i hope she at least is part of a class update next year.
