Dear Riot where is Alistar(lovely cow/bull) Rework/Changes ?? promise is promise

I remm . How riot said they want make all viable supports. So far i see nerf and reworks to other LCS champions.

But Riot you made big promise about Alistar . So when we can expect changes. Our Bull need some tweaks with mana costs . Please make baby steps if you don't wanna rework him at once...
