Weird that people will say they are going to intentionally feed, in the chat
proceed to do so, and when it comes time to report them, nothing happens, but you get chatbans for telling the enemy team they're doing it

Imagine if Riot dedicated more resources to game balance and reducing toxicity instead of hiring useless things like a Chief Diversity Officer.
Its hard for a bot to actually register between a new person who is being hard targetted, and someone who is actually trolling. That is why you should send in a support ticket to get it looked at by an actual person.
I had someone admit to it the other day and saw today that they are still playing regularly. I thought Riot had very little tolerance for this kind of activity but I guess I was wrong.
