Having yasuo unbanned is actually a nightmare in all elos

RAT IN GAME UwU ·3/1/2019, 7:10:31 AM·54 votes·14,672 views

because they never just play normal they are the deciding factor of every game they're in and yasuo is picked realistically probably 80% of the time he's not banned, and is banned 50-75% of all games

yet they still do nothing, it's like Lee Sin season 4 all over again

Picked. Banned. Hard feed. Or hard carry.

There's never a middle ground with Yasuo. His design is horrid but he sells so many skins he's never getting nerfed.

The problem is that Riot's design mentality doesn't fit the overall customers. It isn't about strong vs weak. Yasuo, balance wise, isn't a terrible issue. He's fluctuated on the strong side and the weak side over time.

The problem is that he is simply not enjoyable to play with or against, that's the point of this post. He fundamentally changes the dynamic of an entire game just by existing, and nobody (except the person playing him) likes it.

Riots desire is to see the entire game function like yasuo, which is why people have less fun playing than they did 2 years ago.

It doesnt matter if people love or hate him. And for nerfing or buffing indicator shouldn't be when somonoe get facerolled by enemy yasuo and comes to cry on boards.. PLEASE NERF YASUO The problem is he is at 65% ban rate, and 20% pick rate. And 48% win rate. That champion needs nerf.So he can be playable by his mains. And that other champions can see a sun light.Cause there is so much champions cleaning dust and being unseen and unplayable currently. Where is Azir? Where is Swain? Where is Neeko? Where is Aurelion sol? Picked by 1% players in Diamond, and on other elos he doesnt even exists? WHERE ARE THOSE CHAMPIONS? WITH 1% PICK RATE? Nerf Yasuo.Lower his banrate, and his pickrate.IF EVERY GAME HE IS PICKED,OR BANNED IT SEEMS SOMETHING IS NOT ALLRIGHT.

A few points to make:

After learning how to play against Yasuo I've found that playing against him the "right way", which is just to be passive and sit at your turret until you run out of mana, isn't really fun for either Yasuo or the opposing midlaner. At some point you have to back and if you didn't take teleport, you just lose your turret.

Yas is very viable in every lane. Why is that and why should that be?

His ban rate probably doesn't account for the number of times he was banned by both teams, just the number of games he was banned from. Nor does it account for the number of dodges after he got picked and some player decided shitgame, next.

Yasuo is guaranteed to ruin the game for one team or the other.

I have found my counter to him so Im ok with him in a game as long as Im laning vs him.

BUT in most games you are right, Ether he is stomping or he is feeding and that is the only thing that matters in the match.

I just created a similar thread without seeing this one. XD

Having any champ with conqueror, especially a bruiser in mid is a cancer no matter what.

Bonus point for Malphite mid scum outdamaging you in poke.

Bring him to my lane and he will dissapear (i main jax and rene btw). He, became very strong vs ap matchups (with slight exceptions) and that is why he is broken because the older days only bronzes and silvers would complain because they did not expect his early damage. But right now, he is a nightmare at least for midlaners.

I see many people complain about Yasuo, and for fair reason. He's not OP, but he is really cancer to deal with. Insane late game with decent early/mid while also being a snowball champion is what he is. But I feel like some don't take into account that you should make accommodations in your game play to reflect that Yasuo match-up. I play a lot of Yasuo, and have a decent win-rate. (75% as of right now) and from the hundreds of games I've played on Yasuo, he's really easy to kill if you just call jungler to mid lane and gank him. Playing around him and not into him is a really good way to win games vs him.
