Riot STILL hasn't released an official statement about PAX
For all the fuss we made, it seemed to die out after DZK was fired. DZK getting fired wasn't the main goal, it was for Riot to own up.
They still haven't.

they said they stand by how they handled pax
anyone expecting them to make another statement to the contrary needs to get real
Their official statement was Pax was justified. Rioters flaming manbabies was not.
Combating sexism with sexism is great.
Don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

Hey, if they want a game without men, let them have it. There are plenty of other companies that won't discriminate against me because of the biology I was born with.
The modern SJW era is confusing for everyone, even RIOT. Everyone just rolls the die and hope they got it right.
Nonetheless, I agree that what RIOT was fighting was not sexism. You can not fight sexism by being sexist, its counter-intuitive.
Had they simply stated that they want more women working at RIOT so they would be having a female-geared panel, everything would've been fine and dandy. Most guys wouldn't bother attending, most people aren't idiots.
But RIOT in their naive, knee-jerk reaction decided to make a spectacle out of banning men...in hopes of seeming "inclusive".
In the end, they just looked clumsy.
Now they dig their heels in the ground and refuse to budge, in some last-ditch attempt to delude themselves into believing that the idiocy at PAX was in the name of inclusivity. I hope they figure themselves out.
If I can offer some humble advice:
Having an inclusive organization will not happen overnight, nor will it happen in some grand transformation. It will be a slow process which will require RIOT to effectively champion the change both in its player base and internally. RIOT must grasp that inclusiveness does not mean one group gets excluded. You must include ALL groups in the organization while seeking to uplift the under-represented.
If you host a recruitment fair targeting women, don't exclude the other genders. If you recruit one man in that fair who is sensitive to the need for greater female representation in the organization then it's still a win for you. Your aim is not to increase the female body count, but rather to change the culture of your organization so that it embraces all genders.
It's been 6 years and I'm STILL waiting to hear why they fire Riot Nasus! We deserve and DEMAND answers!
Lifehack: just say that you're non-binary and you can get into the room. No one knows you're lying because they can't assume your gender.
I agreed with it at first, But now it's just to the point of upvote farming
They don't need to.
Riot is happy to be breaking the letter of the law because they know they'll get away with it. Excluding people based on their gender is not cool. Frankly I don't care what the genetic make-up of riot is averaging, as long as they do a good job and not treat people poorly.

Why would you think a company making Millions a year is going to care about your feelings? They only react to losing money, not from people posting complaints. If you can get there core audience to not spend anymore time and money on there game then you will get a response, but if your just going to post then no one is going to care.
The angry mob tunnel focused on DZK until he got fired, so both they're ignorantly happy from the issues that lead to that and Riot solves the issue without having to do much damage control
All while leaving loose ends like this ignored
######(I'm too lazy to change this up cuz it more or less works and the other thread got locked, so...)
What happened lol?
They're not going to. They pretty much informed us that they support their exclusionary practices at PAX. The only reason reason they got rid of DZK is because He went to far with the Suicide joke to them.
