Anyone Have a Game Disappear

The last game I played last night froze as the enemy team surrendered and their nexus was exploding. I figured if I logged out and logged back in the game would appear in my match history. It didn't, and it still hasn't. I didn't get the LP in the ranked ladder either. It's as if the game never took place.

Has anyone ever played a game and had it never register? Just curious
