The Matchmaking Anxiety

So every game, every time, I always try to go with a good attitude, expecting a good amtch where tactics and outplays are part of the fun, but 98% of the snowballs happens as ussual.

But that's not the point, the thing is, part of that snowball happens, becuase of the song of one lady, and it goes like this: "Allied has been slain."

I really want to help them, but whenever I go, that's the only lane that wins, and hearing that lady's hit song, really is discouraging, specially with the snowball. The games are lost 10 minutes into the game.

So, how can I enjoy a game based on teamwork, when my team doesnt want to work? There has to be a secret to get good teammates, I don't mean top tier nerds who spend 16 hours of their life on this game. I just dont want to hear, "allied has been slain", every 20 seconds.
