Why do I always get the toxic teammates?

So what to do when you are held hostage? Your toxic teammates are feeding, and no way you can farm or kill the opposing heroes to catch up, so you just have to wait for maybe the other tema to actually push and end, or for 20 minute mark, hoping 3 more teammaets forfeit.

What to do when you are a hostage? Wish less than half my games were like this, but this seems to be a trend. I just can't find a good match to have fun on this game.
