Pantheon is much better mid now, IMO. The matchups mid are much better for him, and his kit is much better when he has options for roaming.

His E is more effective at blocking the burst of a mage or assassin than it ever will be against a bruiser or tank, and his ult is infinitely more useful when he can use it to roam to either side.
