What does penguin meat taste like?

Seeing as they live in a fairly cold environment usually and so they have a build up of blubber and everything? Probably if cooked wrong, quite similar to rubber.

Though there is this comment that was in the Smithsonian Magazine about food in antarctic.....

"They taste like “a piece of beef, odiferous cod fish and a canvas-backed duck roasted together in a pot, with blood and cod-liver oil for sauce”—but eventually he convinced the crew's leader to make everyone eat penguin. probably like a lot of bird meats that aren't chicken or turkey
