How the fk is Riot going to enforce this event? Is there going to be a guard at the door that checks every single person and allow only those with sticker badges that labels someone as, "I'm female," or "I'm non-binary."

If I was running a successful company and holding an event, I would welcome as many people as possible. I don't care if you're a male or female. And if I was hiring someone, I would look for qualified people that have the necessary experience to handle the job. I wouldn't care if you're a female, male, gay, or straight.
