I don't understand why people keep asking if they will still receive borders if they were banned. It should not be hard to understand that if you're 14 day banned after the 8/22/2017 cutoff date, you are ineligible to receive ALL ranked rewards, including the newly implemented profile insignia and loading screen borders.

Do chat restrictions count?

If you have completed the chat restriction before the end of season timer runs down to 00:00:00:00, you will receive the end of season rewards.

However, if you're still on chat restriction, you will be ineligible for ALL ranked rewards.

I completed the games to get the restriction removed but my honor is still locked at lvl1. When does that get unlocked?

You're going to have to be more honorable in games. Keep playing and it'll eventually be unlocked. However, be warned. It takes awhile to level up. Since honor levels reset to level 2 at the start of Season 8, you will most likely not even make it passed level 1 by the time Season 8 starts. Also, you will not be receiving the Honor Ward at the end of the season. You must be honors level 3,4, or 5 to receive the ward.

You can get your ban revoked and then you do get the rewards
