I don't understand why people keep asking if they will still receive borders if they were banned. It should not be hard to understand that if you're 14 day banned after the 8/22/2017 cutoff date, you are ineligible to receive ALL ranked rewards, including the newly implemented profile insignia and loading screen borders.

So being banned in the end of the season is more punishing than being banned in the beggining of it. Ok Riot makes sense

I completed the games to get the restriction removed but my honor is still locked at lvl1. When does that get unlocked?
