base skin chromas, ie morgana, fizz, garen darius, cassiopia you get the drift, base skin chromas should be 2000 blue essence permanently, and welfare yi (assassin master yi skin) should be like 3500, i mean who really gunna spend RP on them, and the blue ess imporium is just no fun, i want chromas for no reason ill waste blue ess but not rp on them
