Imagine if the league client actually attempted to foster a community within the game

Seriously, chat rooms (Not just clubs), better custom games, maybe even do the CS/Dota/warframe thing of letting people submit skins and vote on what ones make the cut, then like... the artists get half of the proceeds of any skins they make (So if you get one through you probs get rich)

all sorts of shit, starcraft 1/diablo 2/ Command and Conquer all had much less powerful clients but fostered stronger communities and I really think riot could too
