Can supports get full gold from farming after a certian time or level, please?

I get it, supports shouldn't be farming during laning phase, ... but when we're at 20 minutes and nobody on my team is trying to stop waves from pushing in, .. why the hell am I still getting reduced gold?

Junglers can farm lane all they want after 14 mintues, .. I assume the idea is that laning phase should be over by then. .. So why can't supports start farming at some point too?

Honestly, I think this should be as soon as I have completed the support item, but I can see how it might be smart to make me wait a little longer, so I think a minimum time would be good too.

actually like this idea it seems weird to me that some items almost entirely stop generating gold for you after they max

What is the issue you are trying to solve? In what situation would this provide a necessary benefit? How will you control for the fact that this means supports will have much more gold late game and many will likely gravitate towards damaging items (which cost more) at the expense of supportive items for their team?

JGs also get reduced gold from lane minons tho. I don't see what it stops at 1000 that only takes at the MOST 20 mins at least give 2000 gold.

Dude why would you farm ? there no reason to farm cs has a support. and the passif only apply when you mass kill minions
