if he doesnt buy them EVERY time he plays rengar, then that actually disproves your case, because it means thats just a normal thing he does.

also for references sake just know that he actually starts a item 1041 but will always sell it for a lethality component later on during the game.

Ah, you also failed to mention that in every game ""he didn't have jungler item in his build"", he bought a jungle item at the start of the game and then eventually sold it for other items.
