Anyone know how to fix the bug that's been occuring for 6 patches for me?

Where every time i restart the client, the next game I enter resets to Windowed mode.

I tried the one I found from a Rioter saying delete input.ini and PersistedSettings.json while in a game. Exit the game, restart a new game. THen it should be good. This did not work fo rme.
