Yasuo can move while ulting now. Fun times

Riot's capabilities will never cease to impress me. Though I guess expecting a patch without 15 bugs in it is like expecting a star without fusion.

I think the bigger question is:

"How brain dead was that Caitlyn?"

Literally brain dead Her couch could of played that better.

Might have been an unresponsive mouse/pet trouble, no reason to insult her.

ExxonV4 votes

Unresponsive mouse? What is this the 90s? Do you still use a trackball?

Glaricion3 votes

Some people use wireless peripherals.

Those peripherals can become unresponsive as their batteries die or if the wireless AIO/bluetooth adapter glitches out for a second.

Tomoe Gozen2 votes

There's a reason why Riot says that you should not play with wireless connections. Same applies to your peripherals. If it's something that requires precision and constant responsiveness, wireless is not a way to go.

That's not an excuse to just "braindead" your way into a fight like that. There's two of her teammates clearly whacking away at the enemies so it's impossible she didn't see the fight. That's where she was headed to.

Terozu1 votes

That refers to WiFi. Not mouses.

Tomoe Gozen1 votes

That refers to anything that uses a wireless connection, whether you're talking about WiFi or Bluetooth. The connection can easily be interrupted because it's not going through a cable, it depends on your battery life and if it goes down a bit, so does your signal strength.

Terozu1 votes

When Riot reccomends a wired connection they have always been referring to your internet connection.

I don't think I've ever seen them recommending a wired mouse.

Tomoe Gozen1 votes

Their logic of saying that you should play with an internet cable and not WiFi for smoother experience, applies to everything that's wireless.

Cables have a dedicated channel (a direct path to and from devices) and are shielded from the inside with multiple layers (depending on the cable) from outside interference. Wireless connections (that just send signal through air, which can be obstructed in many ways), does not.

Mice are still pretty shitty these days ya know, no matter how advanced our technology is it can often end up being very broken. My old keyboard for example would print in different letters on the screen than the buttons that I pressed.

that is why league of legends is a gathering of toxic people, look at the people disrespectful comments. If only people were educated well, they wouldn't insult people or look down people just like in real life look down at poors

TyroneWatermelon3 votes

there's nothing to be educated about, this is how r%%%%%ed people would look like if they played a complex video game. besides, it's funny to call unlucky moments/ bad players "brain dead" "ree%%%%%ed" or "autistic" whether that's PC or not. no amount of censorship can stop it.

You can't be brain dead if you don't have a brain.

They'll keep it in as a feature, like Riven's animation cancels.

i'd say they'd keep it in a convoluted way like riven's wallhops to "enhance his skill cap"

Those were Quinn Crits on Cait, right? Not Yasuo critting twice while ulting

Jaspers1 votes

Quinn and Cait are the same team. Quinn lands 6 autos plus a harrier proc, Vault and Valor on Yasuo. Yasuo in that time loses pretty much no HP as he got a shield reset mid way through from his ult too. That said all those crits were Yasuo. He crits with his tornado, ults then seemingly cancels his ult animation and then crits with a Q then auto straight after, his Autos were criting for 245, his Q for 300 or so.

So basically, yes, he critted twice 'during' his ult except he'd left his ult pretty much as soon as he started it.

riots entire plan looks like this: fix 10 bugs and while at it, create 20 more. and obviously ignore mordegayser over 4 years

Pandemic Punch1 votes

They forgot to disable all of his Space Odyssey augments on this patch.

100% sure that it was the Thresh either hooking or using his E while dead. He dies right before the Yasuo "moves" and the staggered movement looks similar to being hooked. The Thresh dying and the positioning + potential disagreement from client and server cause this weird bug.

Hethalean2 votes

Thresh was dead (and there are no animations for his skills being used) before Yasuo even ulted. Plus, if Thresh hit hook, he would have been pulled twice (as seen), but not in the direction he moved. If thresh had flayed, Yasuo would only have moved once and not twice. I had even checked it. Yasuo didn't have a slow debuff on him.

IPromiseTomorrow1 votes

Oof Now I can reposition while the enemy is Cc'd Yasuo

Hethalean1 votes

Next step is just to unlock Yasuo totally, so while ulting, he can continue Qing, Eing, and if needed, W lol

Barcid1 votes

My favorite was when I was Caitlyn and during my GA animation not only got off my E but also fired off my empowered auto and an additional one on the enemy ADC.

Still didn't kill him, but we both shared a moment of "Lolfuckingreally?"

Steelflame1 votes

Cait can queue up a LOT of empowered autos to go off with animation canceling, and so long as she isn't dead, they WILL go off.

I think the limit is 4 empowered autos going off in less than half a second after a properly done full combo.

floo1 votes

Well yk, it's not enough that he can already cast another Q while you're still midair in his ult. Need more handholding pls

heroikc1 votes

Though terrifying, I think it does make some mechanical sense...if not, then its just Riot trying to show off.
