What do i do

Are teammates completely random? Is there an easy way to incease mmr to hope and get better teammates? Or do i have to simpply suck it up and get terrible placements. Sure, im not the best adc in the world, and have much to improve on. However, in some of my recent games my teammates have been just god awful and dont understand anything and completely feed.
