I just tried joining a game of ARAM, and it made the sound when i joined...However, my screen remained completely black and i couldn't do anything...So i exited league and quickly rejoined and now i have to wait 15 minutes for something that was not on my end, that's stupid.
Doesn't matter. Riot doesn't care whose fault it was, unfortunately. All they see is, "Oh this player disconnected from this game. Time to make em wait!" And if it happens more often than not, then the time wait increases. Better check your Internet, client, and computer to make sure all your stuff is in tiptop shape before playing, or you'll be seeing 30 minute wait times soon.
Run the game as admin, get rid of any active shitty antivirus and make sure your hard drive is reliable.
