I know after you get a 2 week no matter what its a perma ban, but this time i was not even trying to be toxic? I never told the guy to "kill himself" i legit meant liek when you auto attack rammus your own champion like dies from that.. Is there anyway to fight a perma ban? i am so confused to as why i got banned for this

You got perma banned because the system picked up you saying a 0 tolerance word, and since you've already had a 14 day ban, the next step is a permanent ban

i doubt they'll appeal it. since context doesn't mean anything to them. you can try but more than likely they'll say no or even send you to a bot who will close the ticket.

I was told to be reported for saying the N word and R word, I said I did not say those words, riot 2 week'd me for it and never looked back. Many months later, a player was mad I told him to get the f*** out of my lane because he was running it down after I didn't help him with scuttle with low hp. I got perma'd and he's still playing. Good system riot, honestly, they could save a lot of cash firing most of their support staff and just letting blitzcrank bot handle it all

Yeah... I wouldn't be surprised if that's what got you banned.

You knew you were on thin ice, that any continued negativity would result in a permanent suspension. At that point it doesn't matter if you agree with the rules or not, you should have known what was unacceptable and that would obviously include insulting someone by calling them bad.

There are two separate ladders for punishments, one for chat and the other for gameplay.

He either got a 2 week ban for griefing/inting and then got a 2 week ban for chat related offenses, he reformed after getting a 2 week ban and then went back up through the punishment ladder, or it was an error.

Okay, one: All you're doing is proving that the rules are working perfectly. In Riot's and most of the community's eyes, a problematic player was removed.

Two: False reports don't do anything. "Spam reporting" everyone won't have any effect and if you do end up getting someone punished, that's because they were breaking the rules as well. So in the end, you're just helping the system.

Three: Hypocrisy aside, you will be banned. Maybe not after a week, maybe not after a month, maybe not after a year or more. But you will be banned eventually, you're going to be back at square one with no account and just left feeling bitter and angry. You want to waste your time? Go right ahead.

False reports actually do do something. I was told this by Riot Employee Polar, they stick to your account forever and eventually will penalize your account. That's when Riot investigates if they were truly false or not, but even if 1 out of those 10 instance were real, the other 9 will be treated as well allowing the penalty to continue.

Not multiple reports in one game, but multiple reports over time. I can pull info back for you as well if you'd like. I was told this by Riot employee Polar that the report will stick, but will not do anything unless they are reported multiple times for similar. So if someone says you're annoying, that's a tick, then they that's dumb later, that's a tick, then eventually someone ragequits in a game and they call that person is a f***ing baby, that's considered the final straw and the person is given restrictive activity as if they are notorious for cursing still.

If that was the case, then I would have been punished more than 2 times in my entire 7 years almost, and over 8000 games.

First time was about 6 years or so ago, second was last year. I agreed with both of them. I learned from them, and still going on along. Personal experience states that the information you were told is probably wrong, or is just not understood correctly.

False reports mean the player did absolutely nothing wrong. I'm sure you may disagree with this, but calling someone "stupid", "ret-rded", or "dumb" is breaking the rules. That is doing something wrong.

A false report would be me saying I'm going to report you for intentional feeding and hate speech even though you're 20/0/10 and haven't typed all game.

Every report that ends in an account being penalized should be treated on a case per case basis. If the system was advanced enough to make these decisions, they could fire 90% of the support staff. Their reliance on the blitzcrank bot is one of the reasons that players griefing and being able to rage quit freely is so high. It's 10x harder for me to go to the Riot support page, watch it bug out a few times as it loads up, go to the report a player option, and fill out a long form when there's literally one in the end game lobby that is rarely taken seriously.

But there was multiple lines of COMPLETELY unnecessary rudeness.

For example, you started out asking how taliyah loses to rammus.... further going by saying the cs count. Then, you mildly go into fiddles and that could be considered trying to get him to support you again..... but then there was the "0/9" commentary (lets not get started on how much that irks me when people dont put the assists) and saying the team is so bad etc.

Even if you did not put the "KYS" commentary you would have still probably got the final punishment.

Intentional feeding is also punishable. While it might take a little more time, they do get punished. Can also send in a support ticket when you encounter people literally running it down mid, etc. Best to use when dealing with more extreme cases of textual assault, or for more severe gameplay infringements that i will avoid stating so you do not get any ideas.... but one of them is running it down and going 0/25 etc.
