Anyone Else Experience This?

This has happened two times to me so far.

What happened both times is that at a random point in the game, it starts "attempting to reconnect" out of the middle of nowhere (no other network issues). At the same time, the client opens back up, going back to the way it is when you're not in a game. Neither of the matches have showed up in my match history. One instance just happened right now, and the other happened a couple weeks ago. Both times I have been winning pretty hard. Additionally, in the client I still have friends that are in games, so it's not like these instances affected many people at once.

Is this some sort of issue on Riot's part or is this the cause of some third party?
