Worlds Loot is terribly designed

The main issue I see with the Worlds Loot is the fact that you can't obtain 320 tokens without paying or random chance. Now, this in itself wouldn't be an issue, and buying the pass for 1300 rp is warranted, but the decisions for the bundles baffle me.

Best case scenario, you're buying Championship ashe, and will get your money's worth. However, for someone who has no intention of buying the skin,and who wants the limited edition accessories (ward/icon/both), you're essentially just getting a chroma and loading screen border which are worthless.
