A compilation of all the balance changes I think should be implemented

I’ll preface this by saying that these are my views, and that they are based on statistics I have found online, the accuracy of which can be questioned. With that out of the way, I’ll get started.

Assassins need to stop getting buffed (especially zed). The majority of them have high win rates and very high play rates, despite the strength of enchanters, which are their largest counters.

That brings me to my next topic, enchanters. Enchanters, especially lulu and janna, have been very strong for a very long time and need to get more than just a slap on the wrist when they get out of line.

ADCs need to have times when they build penetration and lifesteal. There are 2 large reasons for the lack of lifesteal, which are the popularity of enchanters and fleet footwork. I believe the ability to crit on fleet is part of the problem. Crit is also way too reliable, with most ADCs just rushing 100%. I’d like to see a nerf, as well as the introduction of another AD/Crit item, since Essence reaver is picked up on champions that don’t need it just for the crit.

The low win and play rates for tanks should be addressed. Tank changes should not be geared towards giving them damage, but on making them fill their roles as disruptors. While the recent malphite and gragas changes have made them stronger, its getting to the point where riot is attempting to shove all of them into being bruisers. The PBE zac buffs (AP scaling) are further evidence of this.

There is no point in buffing Legend:Tenacity. The only thing that would actually help is reducing knockup duration when tenacity is picked up.

Domination minors need to be balanced. I believe riot has stated that they are intentionally weak to account for the strength of the keystones, but that is irrelevant if you’re running domination secondary.

The hyperaggressive solo queue meta needs to stop being pushed. The ignite buff should be reverted. It makes assassins even more oppressive, but on top of that, we’re getting to a point where it’s completely shoving exhaust out of support.

As for the mage item changes, lost chapter is the biggest one in my opinion. 1300 gold is steep, considering it already had its cost increased with the mana item changes. Targeting lost chapter when the bigger problem is the reliability of tear seems like a mistake.

Finally, on the PBE, there were plans to buff RoA. From my point of view, the issue with RoA is that it doesn’t offer CDR, and is generally built in conjunction with items like tear. A small nerf in stats while giving it CDR and Haste would make it much more appealing imo.

That's it. I doubt anyone will agree with all of this, but I'm hoping at least some of it is relevant.

What the actual fuck is this post? Assassins are too strong , buff tanks? LOL?

As much as everyone is critical about the Riot balance team, leaving balance to boards members would probably be the biggest disaster. You entire reasoning for thinking assassins are OP is probably because you died to one in some game you played. You have no factual or statistical evidence to prove the entire assassin class is OP. Claiming they have "high winrates and high playrates" is a complete cesspool of fallacy. You can easily disprove that by going to the following link: https://lolalytics.com/ranked/worldwide/current/platinum/plus/champions/ and sorting for winrate among all league of legends champions. You will see a tremendous amount of champions with above average winrates AND high playrates, most of which arent assassins. The reality is that assassins IN SOLO Q are now performing good and are at the same level as other roles finally, and this is something YOU cannot cope with at a personal level. Riot should not change something that is now working just because YOU cannot cope.
