Guinsoo's, Conqueror, New IE, Last Whisper buffs. You might as well just stack health at this point.

Its not like there is even single meta champion that will completely fuck you up for doing that. And we dont have items made exactly for dealing with hp stackers. 
And more dmg from attacks wont benefit people that build 
It totally wont make them unkillable for HP meatballs.

Guinsoo's doesn't penetrate armor, and LW becomes less effective than live the more armor you buy.
The worst iss the fact that Magic Resist in the opposite is waaaaaay too efficient. Like, someone just builds only one MR item and there it goes; mages cant do anything

You must've not been around when old Last Whisper was abused by assassins. Zeds were running around melting tanks with 400 or so armor. This will not be worse, trust me.
Items that give health as the only defensive stat:
Interestingly enough, Warmongs is the only one actually meant for tanks.
is not going to be as effective since crits are generally going to be doing 50% less damage, and 20% of their damage will be un-reduceable true damage.
items are probably going to be far less useful, since they often come with minimal to no health and the armor is going to be less effective across the board with the new IE and LW.
is still going to be useful because of the active though. I wouldn't be surprised to start seeing 
as the only items I actually take for the armor on a tank, with the rest being a MR+HP (
) and HP+damage ( ) because the best defense is to kill them first.
I used to hate hybrid damage and tank busting champs/items too, but after realizing how braindead and annoyingly effective tanks are in this game, they quickly became the class i hate the most and I'm more than glad they're getting destroyed. I'd much rather see a Riven top pull off some sweet plays than watching a Maokai press keys on top of my adc and be 10x more effective. So yeah, screw armor :)
last whisper wasn't buffed at all it was nerfed. Since it's total armor and not bonus armor, as well as the fact that the item line lost the giant slayer and what not, you will want to stack a mix of health and armor.
