Must have been your CS.
200 CS is usually what players should have by the 20 minute mark (or at the least 180).
After that, good luck getting the S+ Rank if you don’t end immediately, because you’re forced to be with the team instead of keeping that CS up (unless you’re a top laner or mid lane champ that can split push).
What was your vision score, and how many control wards did you get?

i mean.. sometimes you get 2 pentas on kat and only get a S- just how the game goes.. blame other people for being good at the champion making it harder to get S/S+'s
Do you play anything else? Any other games, not champs.
CS is low, especially for snake babe. Can't see your warding but that may also be contributing. Either way, CS is way too low.
I don't think Cass is OP. Also, both you, and the enemy made a crazy number of mistakes/misplays in that skirmish. I mean, it happens but can't really be used as an "OP" indicator.
I found that map control weight most heavy. I had a game where I fed like hell on Sona but because I helped get almost every tower I got an S.
