At some point you learn to let go and learn to have fun with it and enjoy yourself. Mistakes happen, and people make their choices. If you don't roll with the punches, you're going to get knocked out each time.

it's normals so losing = fun in their minds idc if in normals we don't have to worry about losing losing still sucks

If you want to get better, you should always go in during normal games. Sure you'll die a lot and you won't even trade kills most of the time, but you'll slowly start to learn what you can outplay and how much damage people do.
If you play like a coward in normals, you're going to take forever to get good at league.

I don't expect people to play at lcs level in normals. But my example wasn't just "a mistake", he intentionally walked into 4 of their teammates alone knowing they were there and suicided because "I just wanted to try to get a kill lol". That is basically inting and using the bullshit excuse of "its just normals why you hef to be mad" is not a good reason to throw the game. He basically took all the hard work I did to get him fed and threw it away because lolloll who cares.
Even in normals a reasonable level of effort should be expected, especially when it is draft normals. If you really just give no fucks use blind pick.
I take draft norms seriously, but everyone who doesn't tells me to fuck off and play ranked if I want a serious game. But when I play ranked I get flamed for being nervous and told to go back to bots/uninstall. There is no winning.
